James May went on to test the top speed of the Bugatti Veyron at VW’s private Ehra-Lessien track in Germany. If you don’t know what the Bugatti is…The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is the most powerful, most expensive, and fastest street-legal production car in the world. The Veyron features a W16 engine, producing up to 1001HP. The engine is fed by 4 turbochargers & a total of 10 radiators. It also has a full-time AWD (All-Wheel Drive) & uses special Michelin run-flat tires designed specifically for the Veyron to accommodate the vehicle's top speed. & when the car goes over 200km/h, the hydraulics lowers the car to 8.9 cm above ground & the wing & rear spoilers deploy. A Bugatti Veyron sells for a mere £757 359 (Rs. 50 million).

Jeremy & James in a heavily modified Toyota Hilux raced Hammond (in a dog-sledge) to the Magnetic North Pole! & on the way became the first persons to travel to the North Pole in a road vehicle!

Both episodes were fantastic and I hope for your sake that they will air the Special Top Gear. It was absolutely stunning. Just as the episode in which the boys travel in Namibia. Gorgeous filmtography.
